Hello & Welcome to the Ruby's Bakery website.

Dave and Wendy Sullivan began a successful distribution business many years ago and realized a trend for handmade, home-style cakes, desserts and traditional tea time treats. Because suppliers and customers alike wanted these, with limited options existing in the market place they decided to begin Ruby's journey.

From little acorns oak trees grow and enlisting the help of many family members, friends and helpers Ruby's has managed to grow and flourish but still keep our homemade style of baking.

We currently supply Massarella Catering Group and work closely with Michael who has been very supportive, with a strong input into the products we produce for him.

Sullivan's distribute Ruby's products to the national chain of Beales department stores where Laura Shelmerdine (Head of food services) has worked closely with us on creating some of our more unique lines. Sullivan's also distribute Ruby's products to   The R.S.P.B , The Royal Windsor Coffee & Farm Shop, Denbies Wine Estate, Esquires Coffee Shops and The Squires Garden Centre network and many independents throughout the south of the UK.

With new products arriving all the time, the ever discerning public enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch, afternoon and high tea with us.
